Exchanges & Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly exchange the item. However, goods will only be exchanged if returned unopened, with original packaging in tact and tags attached. Return postage of the item will be at your expense & additional delivery charges for the exchange will be charged.
All items are checked before they are sent. If the item does have a fault, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that delivery charges ARE NOT refundable. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with all tags and original packaging in tact.
In The Case Of Treehouse Products
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. The wholesaler will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods. Please include a written documentation as to what is wrong with the goods. Customer Service will issue you with a Return Authorization Number. If you want to exchange an item for any other reason, you will be required to pay the freight to return the items and we should receive the goods back in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods.
In The Case Of Lilly & Lolly Products
Refunds/Exchanges are authorised if your order is returned within 14 days after receipt of goods, unused and unwashed. Please attach your invoice copy. Refunds apply in accordance with consumer legislation and in the case of faulty garments.
In The Case Of Miss Tati & Friends Furniture
Each Miss Tati and Friends product is specifically selected for its style, quality and unique appeal. Therefore if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a credit, refund or item exchange minus any shipping or handling within 7 days of receipt . Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items which have been specifically custom made for you. This includes all hand painted furniture and product specified as custom made. To check if an item is custom made please refer to the product listing. We are unable to honour any returns or exchanges following the 14 day period or if Miss Tati and Friends suspects that an item has been used or damaged. Following receipt of your returned item we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of your item to the credit card originally provided or resend an item in exchange. Shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
