Shipping & ReturnsSHIPPING:
For most of the items in our online store, will automatically calculate the Australian shipping Price at checkout.
We will ship your items via Australia Post within 1-2 working days of the order, please allow at up to 5-10 working days for your item to arrive. (Please also take in account for public holidays etc in your state.) A confirmation email will be sent out to your prior the delivery.
Made to order items will be shipped out from the Distributor/ Designer within the time frame stated on the item you have purchased.
A email of confirmation will be sent to you how long the item will take to be made & sent. If you need a specific date for the item you would like made, please state at checkout area so we can let the designer know when placing your order. If you have any inquires about the made to order items please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all furniture and Kidkraft, you will need to inquire about postage costs.We will send you a confirmation email about delivery times and dates for these items. If you would like to check before your order is placed please email email@example.com.
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIEM FOR DELIVERY AT BUSY TIMES LIKE CHRISTMAS AND EASTER.
All international deliveries please email firstname.lastname@example.org before purchase. Some items we will not post because postage is expensive.
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a 14 day exchange period for all online purchases (except Made to order items, furniture,kidkraft and sale stock).
This means if you are unhappy with the colour, size or product and just isn't how you expected, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days after date of purchase.
Please make sure that the item is returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached. If you are returning any goods then the freight cost to return goods will be at your own expense and there will be an additional delivery fee applied to exchanged items.
While we take every effort to ensure your delivery is received by you securely, we can not be reponsible for items that are misplaced by australia post.

We do not refund goods purchased if you simply change your mind. We will only offer a refund on goods purchased if the goods are deemed faulty. Please forward any photos of info about the faulty product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For items on furniture, Kidkraft please also forward your inquiry to email@example.com. These refunds and inquirys will be forward onto the company who supplies these items to Bubba Bling.
We do not refund any MADE TO ORDER ITEMS OR SALE ITEMS.
